3. Licensing & Usage Rights

Open Source License: All CosmicFish models are released under the Apache 2.0 License, providing you with broad usage rights.

What You Can Do:

Free Forever:

Once you download any CosmicFish model, you can use it completely free for any purpose. There are no usage fees, subscription costs, or commercial licensing requirements.

No Copyright Claims: CosmicFish and Mistyoz AI make no copyright claims over any content generated using our models. You are solely responsible for ensuring your generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. CosmicChat Mobile App

CosmicChat is a mobile application that allows you to run CosmicFish models locally on your device:

• Offline Operation: The app runs completely offline with no internet connection required
• Local Processing: All AI processing happens on your device
• Model Downloads: You can download and use any compatible CosmicFish model
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for the models you choose to download and use
• Device Requirements: Ensure your device meets minimum requirements for model operation

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use CosmicFish models or services for:

• Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities or content prohibited by applicable laws
• Harmful Content: Generating content that promotes violence, harassment, discrimination, or harm
• Privacy Violations: Processing personal data without consent or violating privacy rights

The names "CosmicFish", "CosmicChat", "CosmicGen", "CosmicFish MOE", "EvoMind", "Jo", "Cosmicizer", "CosmicSet" and related trademarks are owned by Mistyoz AI Private Limited.

Permitted Trademark Use:

• Use our names in fair use contexts (research, reviews, attribution)
• Include phrases like "Built with CosmicFish" in your projects
• Reference our models in academic or commercial documentation

Prohibited Trademark Use:

• Creating products with confusingly similar names
• Using our trademarks as your own brand names
• Implying official endorsement without permission

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

AI Accuracy: CosmicFish models are provided "as is" without warranties about accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected outputs.

No Liability: CosmicFish and Mistyoz AI accept no liability for any damages arising from the use of our models, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Local Processing: Our models run locally on your device. We are not responsible for your device's performance, security, compatibility, or any local data processing issues.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of CosmicFish models and any content generated, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
